This 20,000 sq. ft. center is located within Waterville Commons at the intersection of I-95 and Main Street (SR 104) near two major traffic generators, Maine General Health and Colby College. The center is anchored by Wal-Mart, Home Depot, and Staples.
In 2008, there were 50,000 people living within a ten-mile radius with an average household income of $52,000.
