was redeveloped by Cedarwood Development, Cedarwood Architectural and
Tri-C Construction in 2002. Riverview Management is responsible for the
leasing and management of the center.
This 456,000 sq. ft. center is anchored by Super Wal-Mart with a Target Store adjoining the property.
The redevelopment of the property has considerably strengthened the local
retail environment and revitalized the retail corridor along State Route
356.
In 2007, there were 82,000 people living within a ten-mile
radius with an average household income of $54,000.
