Jim Owen, Riverview's Vice President of Multifamily Asset Management,
oversees the sales, marketing and operational performance of all Riverview multifamily residential communities.
A Certified Property Manager, Jim has over 20 years' experience, overseeing portfolios totaling 23,000 units. He has directed market-rate properties, government-assisted housing and condominium communities in public and private settings, including a REIT; as well as office, medical and retail properties.
